Natalie advises founders and family companies on formation, contracts and disputes. Before law school she ran operations for a manufacturing company.
She acts as outside general counsel for more than forty small and mid-sized companies, reviewing contracts, leases and employment terms on a fixed monthly fee.
When a dispute cannot be settled, she works with Theo Brennan to prepare the case for trial.
