Frequently asked questions
Cannot find your answer? Call us or send a message.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free and confidential, and you are under no obligation to hire us.
How do your fees work?
Injury cases are on a contingency fee: no win, no fee. Most other matters have a fixed fee or a clear hourly rate, agreed in writing before we start.
How long will my case take?
It depends on the type of case and on the other side. At your first meeting we give you an honest timeline, and we keep you updated at every step.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. What you tell an attorney during a consultation is kept strictly confidential, even if you decide not to hire us.
Will my case go to court?
Most cases settle. We prepare every case as if it will go to trial, because that is what gets the best offers.
Can we meet outside office hours?
Yes. Evening and Saturday meetings are available, and we visit clients in hospital or at home when needed.
